failure and success

It’s an inevitable part of life. It’s disappointing. Sometimes it’s life-changing. We all go through it. We all learn from it. It’s failure – and it’s a necessary part of success. However, we can learn from each other’s failures. That’s why we’re introducing #FailureFriday.

On this blog, we’ll share the stories from our podcast community. Or did you think you were the only one? This week: Evelyn, from Building Culture.

I've been interviewing candidates for an internship and jumped into a call with a potential podcast guest, addressing them as if they were interviewing for my position. I didn't catch on until halfway through the call, and you can bet I was so embarrassed!

Tip to avoid this in the future:
Don’t color-code your calendar with the same color for podcast guests and interviewees!

What was your biggest podcast fail?

We’re curious! Do you want to share your failure(s) with us? You can share your story here. And who knows, maybe you’ll read your story soon on our blog!
