With Christmas nearing and the year coming to an end, we are looking back at an eventful, and at times, very turbulent 2020. It has not been all easy, so we are even more grateful for how far we have come in such a short time.
In March of this year, we launched Audry to help podcasters connect and to make it a little bit easier for creators to meet and grow their shows together. What started out as a small group of early adopters has grown to a bustling and diverse group of podcast creators.
Since the launch, we have been amazed and inspired by the sheer number of positive responses and fantastic feedback from the podcasting community. Every week, we receive emails from podcasters about how Audry has helped them or with recommendations and ideas on how we could support them with different challenges they face. These messages have been a constant motivator for us and make every day at work a rewarding experience.
In our small team, everyone had been giving their absolute best to grow the community and deliver value to podcasters as well as they possibly could. That is also why, in autumn, we were all super excited to bring great investors on board that shares our vision and enable us to be faster and work on more challenges simultaneously.
A new look that reflects the community’s diversity
In December, Audry received a much-needed facelift and a new look that reflects the community’s creative diversity. While boiling down our vision to build the fitting brand, we refined and sharpened our brand purpose.
At Audry, we empower creators to own their success story.
This means we serve podcasters first and welcome all podcasters, no matter their story and their goals.
In 2021, we will continue doing just that. We will be making it even easier to connect and collaborate with like-minded podcasters. There will also be new things coming to Audry to support podcasters with their monetization efforts – so stay tuned!
To the Audry team and all podcasters: Thank you for joining us on this journey. We wish you and your families all the best during these crazy times! Niklas Hildebrand & Eugenio Warglien
